மற்றவர்கள் அது போல் வளராமல் இல்லை. இருந்தாலும் இன்னும் எல்லோரிடமும் தொழில் முனையும் ஆர்வம் பெருக வேண்டும்.

2. Economic Capital
3. Talent
4. Dedication, Determination, Hardwork
5. Luck

Of these
1. Social Capital 2. Economic Capital 3. Talent –> Born Great
4. Dedication, Determination, Hardwork –> Achieve Greatness
5. Luck –> Greatness is Thrust on Some

All 5 are needed
But
You can make the low amount of one with high amount of another

Sachin had more 1,2,4
Kambli had more talent

Let us Compare
Karthik Raja and Yuvan Shankar Raja
Same 1,2
But One has achieved more

For Various Careers, You need various Range of 1,2,3,4,5
Though you can argue that
You can make up every thing with Talent, Dedication, Determination, Hardwork
Your chance of success is more based on other factors too

A person who hates animals will make a better engineer than a veterinary doctor
Assume you have a boys interested in Engineering
One has knee pain. Will you advice him to take Civil Engineering or Computer Science
The latter would be better

As far as Business is concerned
Depending on the type of Business
You need Economic Capital or Social Capital to various degrees

This is a bitter truth
May be hard to digest
But it is truth

Assume I want to be a School Teacher
Now
If I study well (Govt gives me free education till 12th)
I can join as a School Teacher
For this Job, 1 and 2 are not needed. 5 also plays little role. Only 3 and 4 needed

What about an Bank Employee – Same
What about Getting Job in Govt as Clert – same now (earlier, when you had interview, social capital played a role here)

What about joining Indian Cricket team
Here Social Capital and Luck play more roles

Now
As more and more schools and colleges and IT companies were opened
As education was given free
As reservation was being implemented

Our people found that
it is safe to opt for jobs dependant on 3 and 4
and
Ignore jobs that needed 1,2,5

As Government Gave Food, Education, Healthcare
People naturally diverted towards
1. jobs that had “more security”
2. jobs that needed least social capital
3. jobs that needed least economical capital (ஒரு ஸ்டெத், ஒரு பிபி அபாராட்டஸ் போது, டாக்டரா புழைச்சுகுவேன்)

Not just in Jobs
In Education too this happened

Why Our people aimed for Anna University and not IIT is because
For IIT, you needed 1,2,5 more than 3 and 4
But
Only with 3 and 4 you can join Anna University

How to do ??

There are two ways to do this
1. Sanghi way –> By NEP, NEET, Diluting Labour Laws
NEP, NEET, IOE for Anna University –> Make Education Costly and Rare
Diluting Labour Laws –> Lack of Job Security

2. Dravidian way –> By (a) Reducing Impact of Social Capital (b) Reducing Impact of Economic Capital (c) Reducing Risks associated with business (d) Role of Luck
so that
People with passion are ready to become entrepreneurs

My Point here is
We should not choose Sanghi way as the Knee Jerk reaction
But
Patiently explore ways for (a) Reducing Impact of Social Capital (b) Reducing Impact of Economic Capital (c) Reducing Risks associated with business (d) Role of Luck

Now
There is a small problem here

These ways of Reducing Impact of Social and Economic Capitals and Risks would mean
Government has a greater role in the business
This would mean that Government will have to come with more regulations

Now
Those who have been reading on too much of American Books on Business will immediately oppose it saying that “Govt Regulations will affect the business” and “Deregulation will alone enable the business to grow”

Yes
Deregulation will enable business to grow. But Only those with Social and Econonical capital will prosper. and that is why Gujjus and Marwadis are prospering

If you want Tamils to Regain these businesses
You need more regulations

But
Strangely, The first opposition will come from the Tamils who are now in business
The sanghis will easily brainwash them to believe that These regulations are being brought for DMK family to capture all businesses (The same propaganda was done in 1998 Lok Sabha polls for Uzhavar Sandhais)
